By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the bigbd platform (accessible at bigbd.app and any associated mobile or web interface), you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the bigbd platform and close your account if one has been opened.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all aspects of the bigbd platform, including but not limited to: live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, an dar bahar, and teen patti), RNG slot games, the cricket sportsbook, specialty card games including Tongits Go and Dreams of Macao, promotional offers, the VIP rewards program, and the payment cashier. These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by any additional rules or policies published on the bigbd platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual bonus terms — all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

bigbd reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where a material change affecting player rights is involved, in which case registered players will receive written notification to their registered email address at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. To access the full functionality of the bigbd platform — including the ability to place wagers, claim bonuses, and request withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth. You are obligated to keep all account information up to date at all times.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered account on bigbd. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bigbd uses device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and all balances across those accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account login details with any third party. bigbd strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered accounts free of charge via Account Settings. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bigbd support immediately at [email protected]. bigbd will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain credential security.

3.3 Account Verification

bigbd applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts. Verification may be requested at registration or at any time thereafter, and is mandatory before any withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000 is processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification document and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by bigbd will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.

All financial transactions on bigbd — including deposits, withdrawals, and wagers — are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bigbd does not apply currency conversion fees. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The availability of individual payment methods may vary and bigbd reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options at its discretion. 4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash or Nagad.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Any player found to be using bigbd in a manner inconsistent with legitimate gambling activity — including depositing funds and withdrawing without meaningful gameplay, or using payment methods not registered in their own name — may have their account suspended pending investigation. bigbd cooperates with relevant authorities in all financial crime investigations.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be permanently suspended.

5.4 VIP Rewards Program

• Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical error originating on bigbd's infrastructure, the wager placed for that round will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Where a technical error occurs in a third-party provider's game studio environment, the resolution is subject to that provider's own published error resolution policy. bigbd will communicate the provider's determination to the affected player.

6.2 Sportsbook Betting Rules

Cricket and other sportsbook markets on bigbd are governed by the bigbd Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately. Key principles include: all bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sport's governing body; bets placed on an event after that event has commenced are void unless the market was specifically offered as an in-play market; and minimum and maximum bet limits per market are shown at the time of bet placement and are subject to change without notice.

6.3 Responsible Use of the Platform

bigbd encourages all players to gamble responsibly. The platform's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — are described in detail on the Responsible Gaming page and are available to all registered players at no charge. bigbd urges any player who feels that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing to make use of these tools immediately or contact support at [email protected].

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bigbd platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently suspended, any outstanding balance forfeited, and may be subject to legal action where applicable.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud bigbd or other players, including chargebacks, disputed payment claims, or use of fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players, dealers, or any other party to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players in any game format, including poker and live table games.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds between bigbd and other platforms, or between different markets on bigbd, in a manner that constitutes risk-free or near-risk-free profit extraction.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity, providing falsified verification documents, or impersonating another individual.
• Underage access: Attempting to access or use the bigbd platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by an individual known to be under 18.
• Money laundering: Using the bigbd platform to process, disguise, or move funds associated with any illegal activity.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to access bigbd systems, servers, or databases without authorisation; introducing malicious code; or interfering with the platform's normal operation in any way.

Accounts on the bigbd platform may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

8.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

Any player may request the closure of their bigbd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements having been met. Players who close their accounts voluntarily may re-register after a cooling-off period, provided they were not subject to a responsible gaming self-exclusion at the time of closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the bigbd platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion has been applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months. After the minimum period, the player must submit a written request to reactivate, which will be subject to a further 24-hour reflection period before reactivation is granted.

8.3 Suspension by bigbd

bigbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where bigbd reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account was registered using false or fraudulent information.
• The player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The account is being used in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational gambling, including patterns consistent with money laundering.
• The player is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or wager placement.
• bigbd has received a lawful instruction from a competent authority to suspend the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be released. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

8.4 Effect of Closure or Suspension

Upon account closure or suspension, the player's right to access the bigbd platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature survive termination — including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and anti-money-laundering obligations — remain in full force after account closure.
